Finally some progress...

Ahhh blogger has been a pain to use thus far. For some reason the insert image button doesn't work for me so I have had to go back to html. Not a real issue but I am lazy and for some reason had not thought of it. I have made some progress painting. Here is the daemonette model I have been working on to test the colour scheme for my daemon allies. I am pretty happy with it to say the least. The colours seem to work really well and it is my best work to date (with the unfortunate coincidence of making the rest of my pieces look relatively Meh).

 

I am still not decided on the final colour scheme for my Emperor's Children, except to say that is will involve a lot of purple

The following is a rough mock up of the 2,000 point Slaanesh army I am working on. I still need to flesh out some of the finer details and I am still not too familiar with Codex: Chaos Daemons.

As much as possible I have taken Gift of Mutation as it is a Chaos list afterall and I really like the random element that goes with pleging oneself body and soul to the Chaos gods. This has also been reflected in my kit bashing models together from different kits, including possessed and mutation sprues.

Now I need to work on smaller lists (1,000 and 1,500 points) which will be a lot harder as I need to be far more selective as opposed to 2,000 points where I can juggle the list to take the majority of the units that I am (and want to) work on.
